About this site

This website displays the product range of Fadez 2 Riches Barber Supply. Card payment is not currently processed through these pages. Orders submitted here are requests, and the store team confirms availability, the final total and payment arrangements with you before anything is supplied.

Prices and product information

Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude applicable sales tax unless stated. We work to keep pricing, descriptions and availability accurate, but errors happen and stock moves quickly across three stores and three vans. Where a price or availability error is found, we will tell you before the order goes ahead and you may cancel without penalty.

Product images and descriptions

Photographs and specifications are supplied largely by manufacturers. Colours can render differently between screens, and manufacturers revise packaging and specifications without notice. Where an exact specification matters to you, confirm it with us before ordering.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not form a contract. A contract exists once we confirm the order with you. We may decline or cancel any order, including where stock has gone, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent use.

Trade and professional use

Much of this range consists of professional tools intended for trained barbers and stylists. Blades, razors and chemical products carry real risk in untrained hands. You are responsible for using them competently, safely and in line with the law and licensing rules that apply where you work.

Warranties

Tools carry the warranty issued by their manufacturer, and those terms vary from brand to brand. We pass on and help administer those warranties, and we do not extend or replace them. Nothing here removes rights you hold under consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns

Return conditions are set out on the delivery and returns page and form part of these terms.

Trademarks

Brand names and logos belonging to manufacturers remain the property of those manufacturers. They appear here to identify the products we stock and imply no endorsement by them of this business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for lost earnings, lost bookings or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Arizona have jurisdiction over any dispute.
