This policy covers the Fadez 2 Riches Barber Supply website. It describes what this site actually does, not what a generic template says a site might do.
Information you give us
Two places on this site collect information, and both are forms you fill in yourself:
- Contact and order forms. Name, shop name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. Used to answer you and to arrange the order.
- Email signup. Your email address only, used to send stock and pricing updates. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the consent box yourself. That box is never pre-ticked. Message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them permanently. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Information stored in your browser
Your cart and your recently viewed products are kept in your own browser using local storage. That data never reaches our servers, is not visible to us, and disappears when you clear your browsing data. It is what lets your cart survive a page refresh.
Payment information
None is collected here. This site does not process card payments and has no payment fields anywhere. Payment is arranged directly with the store team.
Analytics and tracking
This site runs no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those font files as part of serving them. Nothing else third-party runs on these pages.
Who sees your information
Staff who need it in order to answer you or fulfil your order. We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. It may be shared with a delivery service where that is required to get your order to you, and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept as long as needed to service your account and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us and we will act on it. Unsubscribing from email and replying STOP to texts both take effect immediately.
Children
This is a trade supply site and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
